I hereby grant my child, or children permission to participate in Stowe Children’s Theatre Summer Camp. I understand that my child may be photographed or filmed in this event. I also understand that Stowe Children’s Theatre will not be held responsible for accidents which may occur in preparation for or during a performance. If anything should happen to my child while participating I hereby authorize any medical treatment deemed necessary. I have appropriate insurance or in its absence, agree to pay all costs of medical treatment should my child incur harm while working with Stowe Children’s Theatre.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations received after May 1, 2024 will be eligible for a 50% refund.
Any cancellations received after June 1, 2024 will not be eligible for refund.
